New acrylic undercoat by Troton - MF 560 5:1 Master.

The development of contemporary motor industry demands the applicationof more modern technologies, components and materials in the car manufacturing proess. Car manufacturers, in order to meet this race, are forced to include in their offer more products of the new generation. To such products undoubtedly belongs the new acrylic undercoat by Trotonu - MF 560 5:1 Master.

MF 560 undercoat is a two-component product with a very low content of volatile compounds. It meets the requirements of the European Union directive ( 2004/42/WE), specifies the border value of the content of volatile components for this product category (cat.B/3) at 540 g/l of ready-to-use product.
Product is intended for all repairs that require a quick-drying filler which is easy to polish. It can be applied onto metal substrates of various kinds, also unprimed. It has a good adhesion also to difficult substrates, such as zinc-plated or aluminium substrates.
MF 560 undercoat is a condensed product, it has to be thinned very much, which makes it attractive also from the economical point of view. After adding 30% of thinner, this undercoat ensures very good pouring and still guarantees complete covering of the surface being primed.
