Application

Body protection
- The surface to be covered must be clean, dry, dust-free, degreased and cleaned of rust.
- Shake the package before use.
- Apply the compound with a spray gun at a pressure of 3 - 6 bar.
- The optimal spray distance is about 30 cm.
- If the intention is to obtain a thicker coating, it is recommended to apply the second layer after the first layer has dried.
- Contaminated surfaces and working tools can be cleaned from the fresh compound with nitrocellulose solvent or extraction gasoline. After curing, the product can only be removed mechanically.
- Depending on the thickness of the coating, after about 60 - 90 minutes the sealant can be covered with 2K varnishes and bases. Before coating with 2K varnish, it is recommended to use a primer according to the recommendations of the varnish manufacturer.
Sealing joints

- The optimal spray distance is about 1 - 2 cm.
- If the intention is to obtain a thicker coating, it is recommended to apply the second layer after the first layer has dried.
- Contaminated surfaces and working tools can be cleaned from the fresh compound with nitrocellulose solvent or extraction gasoline. After curing, the product can only be removed mechanically.
- Depending on the thickness of the coating, after about 3 hours the sealant can be covered with 2K varnishes and bases. Before coating with 2K lacquer, it is recommended to use a primer according to the lacquer manufacturer's recommendations.

Drying time*:
- touch dry: approx. 45 minutes (± 700 μ)
- completely dry: approx. 3.5 hours (± 700 µ)
