TROTON Sp. z o.o. – a manufacturer of paints, fillers, and primers – places great emphasis on responsible, ethical, and environmentally friendly business operations. The company’s success is built not only on product quality but also on fair business relationships and a shared commitment to sustainable development.

The Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the fundamental principles of cooperation, including: integrity, respect, responsibility, quality, and transparency. The document requires suppliers to:

• respect human rights and prohibit forced or child labor,

• protect the environment and ensure chemical safety (REACH, CLP, SVHC),

• maintain confidentiality and protect data (GDPR),

• ensure supply chain transparency and avoid raw materials from conflict‑affected and high‑risk areas (CAHRAs).

In case of violations, reporting procedures are in place (email: zaopatrzenie@troton.com.pl), along with corrective actions – up to and including termination of cooperation. Suppliers are required to accept the Code in writing and submit a declaration regarding high‑risk areas.
