Description
A one-component polyurethane product designed for bonding and sealing parts made of most plastics, stainless steel, painted body parts, concrete, glass. The product is fast setting when exposed to moisture and very flexible. Resistant to weathering and aging processes. Also suitable for bonding spoilers and body panels. It is used in joining and sealing joints between metal sheets formed by welding or welding.
Thanks to its compact, creamy, consistency, the polyurethane mass does not drip and allows easy and quick use. Thanks to its resilience and high strength, the adhesive-sealing mass dampens vibrations and strengthens the structure of the structure. The mass can be sanded and varnished. The freshly applied mass can be removed with turpentine.
Application
- The surface should be thoroughly cleaned, dried and degreased beforehand.
- Apply the sealant with a hand or pneumatic gun.
- Recommended application temperature: +5 to +35°C.
- For good adhesion, press the product firmly against the surfaces during application.
- Wash tools with solvent immediately after use. - Remove the superfluous part of the mass with solvent. After curing, the mass can be removed only mechanically.
- The mass can be painted after min. 1 hour after application.
