HVLP Nozzle: 1.3÷1,4mm; Pressure inside the nozzle: 2,0 bar.
Caution: follow the gun producer instructions.
Application process:
- 1,5 layer – 1 middle, thin, then full layer with keeping the distance of 2 min. for evaporation between the layers, to obtain the thickness of a dry film 50-60 µm,
- 2 layers – 2 full layers with evaporation time 5-10 min., to obtain the thickness of a dry film 60-75 μm,

Evaporation time
Standard
Between layers: 5-10 min
Before baking: 10 min
Fast:
Between layers: 5-10 min
Before baking: 10 min

Curing time
At 20°C
Dust free: 40 minutes.
Touch free: 3 hours
Useful hardness: 13 hours
Complete hardness: 7 days
At 60°C
Dust free: 10 minutes.
Touch free: 15 minutes
Useful hardness: 15 min + 4 hrs /20°C
Complete hardness: 15 min + 4 days /20°C
Temperatures below 20°C significantly decrease the drying time.

IR Drying
10 ÷ 15 minutes of short waves, depending on the layer thickness and the type of radiator.
Do not exceed 60°C.
Use as recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
Wait about 10 minutes before starting the heater drying.

Product efficiency
1 liter of mixture is enough to cover approx. 10 m2 with a dry layer of 60 μm of thick dry layer.

Shading
Make sure you have covered the whole area with the base coat and do the shading only on a previously prepared area. Use FADE OUT THINNER to blend the dust that has settled around the repaired surface and to eliminate optical gloss differences between the old lacquer and the newly applied acrylic clear coat.

Polishing and removing impurities inclusions
Usually polishing is unnecessary, SPARK 27 VHS Acrylic Clear Coat gives the surface a perfect look immediately after application. If there are any impurities inclusions it is recommended to remove them and next polish with polishing compound.
