Description
Zinc-aluminum spray paint in silver color – semi-gloss. Creates very good electrochemical protection against corrosion on metal surfaces. The protection is the result of pure zinc and aluminum pigments.
The paint can be used as a primer, directly on metal. It also works well as a top coat sprayed on a metal surface. It can also be coated with various types of paint.
Substrates
The surface to be coated should be clean, dry and degreased.
Application
- The best temperature for aerosol application is 15÷25°C.
- Clean the surface from rust and dirt; allow to dry.
- Before use, shake the aerosol for 2 - 3 minutes and try the spray on a cardboard box.
- When painting, hold the aerosol at a distance of 25÷30 centimeters from the painted surface.
- Apply several thin coats. Shake the aerosol again before applying each successive layer.
- After finishing the application, it is recommended to set the aerosol with the valve down and press the button releasing the content for about 5 seconds - this will improve the product reuse and preserve its existing properties, as well as protect the nozzle from possible clogging.

Coverage: 2-3 coats ( depending on the thickness of the layer).
Recommended film thickness: about 75 μm wet, 15-20 μm dry.
Drying times at room temperature*:
- dust dry: after approx. 10 minutes
- touch dry: after approx. 30 minutes
- total dryness: after about 24 hours
* drying time depends on temperature, humidity and thickness of the coating.
