Description

Gloss lacquer with good covering properties, recommended for rims, hubcaps, small parts and for decoration. Good adhesion to various types of substrates. Resistant to scratches, gasoline and chemicals, UV resistant. Clearcoat can be applied additionally.

Substrates

The product is designed for painting metal, glass, wood, stone and plastic surfaces. In the case of plastic, it is recommended, before starting varnishing work, to anneal the element at 50°C, which will facilitate the removal of silicone compounds from its surface.

The surface to be coated should be clean, dry and degreased. Splashes of old varnish and rust should be removed beforehand and the surface sanded.

Good surface preparation is essential to achieve the best repair results.

    The surface to be coated should be clean, dry, and degreased. Any old paint chips and rust should be removed and the surface sanded.
    For plastics, it is recommended to heat the part at 50°C before painting, which will facilitate the removal of silicone compounds from the surface.

  • Use
    • The best temperature for aerosol application is 15 ÷ 25°C.
    • Before use, shake the container for about 2 – 3 minutes and try the spray on a cardboard box.
    • When varnishing, hold the aerosol at a distance of 25 ÷ 30 cm from the painted surface.
    • Apply the varnish in several thin layers at intervals of no more than 5 ÷ 10 minutes. Shake the aerosol again before applying each layer.
    • It is recommended to set the aerosol with the valve down and press the button releasing the contents for about 5 seconds after finishing the application – this will improve the re-use of the product and preserve its existing properties, as well as protect the nozzle from possible clogging.

    at 20°C*:

    • dust dry: after about 5 – 15 minutes
    • fully dry: after about 24 hours

    *Drying time depends on temperature, humidity and coating thickness.
