• Wrong application technique
• Too dry spray on material
• Wrong placing of a spray gun
• Wrong choice of thinners for the material
• Wrong evaporation times between layers

Countermeasure

• Correct material viscosity according to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
• Follow manufacturer’s recommendations

Removal

• Sand and varnish again
