Holes, pinholes

Cause

•  Too thick layers of polyester putty
• Airlocked polyester putty ,
• Too a short evaporation time between layers

Countermeasure

• Apply putty in a few layers
• Use an appropriate filling primer
• Follow evaporation times
• Follow Technical Data Sheets (TDS)

Removal

• Sand, fill the holes, isolate and varnish again
