Description

One-component primer in aerosol with excellent adhesion, recommended as the first coat applied directly to metal (iron, steel, aluminium). The product is also suitable for application on polyester putties. Thanks to the content of zinc phosphate, the primer has very good anti-corrosion properties. It can be over painted with a wide range of other paints as alkyd, cellulose or epoxy based coatings.

Note: Due to the large number of paint types on the market, it is recommended to perform test spray.

Application process

  • Substrate and surface preparation
    • For best results, apply at room temperature.
    • The ambient temperature and the temperature of the applied product should be similar.
    • Surface must be dry, clean, free from dirt, rust, grease etc.

    • Before use, shake the container for approx. 2 – 3 minutes and test the spray on the cardboard.
    • Apply from a distance of approx. 25 cm.
    • Apply one or two coats as needed.
    • Sand the layer lightly for the best adhesion of the next layer.
    • After use, to clean the nozzle and prevent blockage, hold the can upside down and spray until only gas is released.
