Pollution in the surface varnish coating
Pollution which extends beyond varnish
Cause
- Surface to varnish not cleaned properly
- Dirty paint spray booth
- Filters in paint spray booth not replaced regularly
- Lack of protective clothing
Countermeasure
- Spray the surfaces and surroundings meticulously with air
- Clean thoroughly the part which is to be varnished
- Use dust-absorbing cloths
- Put on varnish paint suits
Removal
- Sand the surface with a fine-grained sanding paper (1500, 2000 or 2500) and polish
- Sand it and varnish again
