Pollution in the surface varnish coating

Cause

• Surface to varnish not cleaned properly
• Dirty paint spray booth
• Filters in paint spray booth not replaced regularly
• Lack of protective clothing

Countermeasure

• Spray the surfaces and surroundings meticulously with air
• Clean thoroughly the part which is to be varnished
• Use dust-absorbing cloths
• Put on varnish paint suits

Removal

• Sand the surface with a fine-grained sanding paper (1500, 2000 or 2500) and polish
• Sand it and varnish again
