Holograms, effects after polishing
Glancing off stains in light in a shape of ellipsis/circle
Cause
- Careening of the polishing machine
- Wrong polishing compound and applicator
- Too a short time of drying of coating
- Too much pressure put on a polishing machine during polishing
- Wrong choice of thinners and hardeners to a specific material (disruption of a drying process of the material)
Countermeasure
- Use appropriate materials for sanding and polishing according to manufacturer’s recommendations
- Before varnish, check material’s parameters according to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
Removal
- Choose an appropriate material and do polishing one more time
- Sand and varnish again
