Loss of gloss

Cause

• Lack of recommended thickness for materials (thin, hard)
• Use of wrong hardeners and thinners
• Dirty filters in the paint and spray booth
• Materials not dry enough

Countermeasure

• Do the repair according to the instructions from the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)
• Change filters in the paint booth
• Use hardeners and thinners according to the Technical Data Sheet (TDS)

Removal

• Sand, isolate and then varnish again.
• Polish according to a manufacturer’s recommendation of the polishing compound.
